Studio 11 is a commission based salon, so if you do not show up for your appointment, we don't get paid. So, please respect that you are taking money out of our pockets by no showing or giving us at least 24 hour notice. If you can not make it to your appointment, please call ASAP 315-288-5121. If you don't come to your appointment, and you don't let us know, you will be placed on a NO SHOW list and we will charge your card on file $50. Making it harder to book an appointment with us. We do this, because our time is valuable. We respect and love our clients. We ask that you do the same to us!
